Highs and Lows of Cricket and a Commercial Break

After some horrific cricket and some horrific incidents during the first three months of 2018, now is the time for a trade break. Well, not exactly for millions of curious fans though! He has been patiently awaiting this most commercially viable form of cricket since last season. Come April-May for more than a decade, and no one can stop these fans from having fun with this style of play.

Well, we are talking about the 11th season of the Indian Premier League-2013 T20 cricket tournament which will start from April 7 to the end of next month. This time around, a lot of fans are back with former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni for the return of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR), again with Steve Smith, the captain of CSK and Ajinkya Rahane. RR captain is being replaced by new tainted David Warner as the captain of Sri Lankan Hyderabad (SRH) and was replaced by team captain Ken Williamson. Pune's Rising Superintendents and Gujarat Lions, who have been playing for the last two years after a two-year suspension of CCK and RR, could not qualify this time.

The sale of internationally renowned cricketers, called auctions, was added by some regular players to some exciting sports. England's Ben Stokes became the most expensive overseas player while Indian fast bowler J Dev Anadkit became the most expensive domestic one. RR bought both the players. Some well-known faces did not sell, including Lasith Malinga, Martin Guptill, Hashim Amla, Ishant Sharma and many others. Destroyer Chris Gayle somehow found a place in Kings XI Punjab in the third and final round of the auction. Old war horse Yuvraj Singh also got a place in the team which is being led by a new captain Ravichandran Ashwin. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) has sacked Gautam Gambhir, who has been suspended from the post of Delhi Daredevils (DD) captain. The thrill of the T20 Tri-Series final against Bangladesh in Colombo on March 18, 2018, when Dinesh Karthik, whose 29 off 8 balls helped India win the Nadas Trophy, became the captain of KKR, which of course Kolkata Kolkata The fans will be very happy. Other places will be Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mohali which have been assigned to different teams as hometowns.

This trade break in the case of IPL-2013 can be seen as a much-needed relief following the recent poor progress in international cricket. In South Africa, India v South Africa cricket series was a high point in competitive cricket, while the Test duel between the hosts and Australian cricket reached its lowest point.

However, India, led by Virat Kohli, lost the three-match series 2-1 against South Africa in January, 2018. Cricket was very competitive with constant fluctuations. India came close to winning the series with some excellent bowling performances, and many Indian fans believe that with some more batting request, India will see the final result in their favor. South Africa fought the first and second Tests closely while India won the last Test. And then, the Indians were beating South Africa unbeaten in the ODI and T20 series. Australia played a Test series against South Africa in March 2018, winning the first match and losing the second. Despite David Warner's ugly off-field clash with South African keeper Quinton de Kock during the first Test in Durban, the series was on display at the time.

The ball tampering incident took place on March 24, 2018, the third day of the third Test in Cape Town, which involved Cameron Ben Craft, and then captain Steve Smith and his vice-captain David Warner - both with knowledge as well as leadership. There were also. Deliberate and cold-blooded tactics took the whole world by surprise. Cricket Australia stepped up its action, and the players involved accepted the punishment with many public tears, but without any argument. According to the latest information, Cricket Australia wants to cover up this highly offensive incident as much as possible because as mentioned, the players are not appealing against the punishment. Of course, many of the questions involved in this embarrassing incident will not be answered forever.
